Following 3 successful years operating under the name FRODO’S, Chef/Owner Daniel Petrilli and Executive Chef George Flay have changed the name of the restaurant to HAVEN. Licensing and copyright issues were the main catalysts prompting the name change. Operating under the “new” name HAVEN, the Dynamic Duo made some interior changes as well. Having added tablecloths, candles and earth-tone color schemes, HAVEN has become a warm, elegant and inviting atmosphere to complement the excellent New American menu.
The exemplary and consistent reputation established by Petrilli and Flay has been taken to yet another level during this transformation. Their continued use of the finest, seasonal ingredients available to produce a “Market Driven” menu showcases the high standards and techniques that have been the benchmark of their kitchen from the beginning.
